If you have placed an order from our website within the last 12 hours and if you have not received your tracking information yet, please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to cancel your order and request a refund. Orders placed after 12 hours will not be subject for a refund and will wait until you receive the item.
We evaluate each return and exchange on a case-by-case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the process. There may be a restocking fee penalty applied to your return or exchange depending on the product.
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry their own manufacturer industry-standard warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Please refer to the inside manual or individual box packaging for more information for each item warranty. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
